ACTS Clinical Assessment Services
Assessment services are provided with oversight by two licensed clinical social workers, and a nationally recognized licensed clinical psychologist, to provide the clinical management and resources to ensure effective clinical and evidenced-based services, based on current best practices per licensing, Medicaid, and such nationally recognized professional associations as the American Psychological Association (APA), and National Association of Social Workers (NASW), National Association for the Dually Diagnosed (NADD), among others. Using an Evidence-based practice approach to services in order to measure outcomes of our intensive in-home counseling services, each client is evaluated at the beginning of the counseling service, at the mid-point of services, and at service-end, by use of the CAB (Clinical Assessment of Behavior –Bracken and Keith) and CBCL (Child Behavior Checklist – Achenbach) behavior measurement instruments, in order to evaluate effectiveness of services. The individualized treatment plan, developed together with each client and guardian, is also reviewed monthly to gauge the most effective clinical fit for the client, and track progress on treatment goals. Individual psychological assessments can be provided by several adjunct clinical psychologists with A.C.T.S.
